Just calls a couple of times a day and does not say anything

Keep getting calls from this number different times of the day and nite .. sick of this! No one of the other end when I answer .. they hang up.

These dumbasses should know that when they start their spill stating that they are "Mr, uhh, Investigator James Stone" that no reasonable human being is going to fall for it. "Law firm"?? No response when answering machine came on, nor a response the second time (within 15 minutes) that they called back.

Who can i call to see if i did have this issue, they call harrassing me. that i owed money to a short term loan and i actually made a payment to them. so what should i do i feel so dumb
